S'mores Hot Chocolate with Lungi Mhlanga

150g good quality dark chocolate 500ml whole milk 150ml double cream 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional topping -1 pack of treats marshmallow fluff -Choc sauce and oreo crumb Equipment: -Heat proof spatula -1 large pot -Cups to serve Method: -Make a thick ganache with the chocolate and the double cream by heating the double cream until piping hot in the microwave, then pouring the hot cream onto the chocolate. Leave to sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. -Meanwhile, in a large pot, heat the whole milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt and sugar together until cocoa powder is combined. -Pour in your ganache mixture and stir on a medium-high heat for 5 minutes until everything has dissolved into a silky chocolate drink -Pour finished drink into your cups and top with marshmallow fluff, sauce and toppings of your choice!
