Rye Chocolate Chip Cookies with Dzintars Kristovskis


160 g of unsalted butter

100 ml of brown sugar

100 ml of caster sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

½ tonka bean

1 whole egg

pinch of salt

200 g white chocolate chips

200 ml wheat flour

100 ml dark rye flour

100 ml coco powder

½ teaspoons baking soda

¼ teaspoons of baking powder


1. Mix all together in a bowl

2. Roll balls the size of lime and then push down as you would do for a burger patty

3. Bake at 190 degrees for 9 – 12 minutes
