Bahraini Kebabs with Prawns by TheFoodMenuBh
Ingredients: 2 onions chopped 2 garlic cloves chopped A handful of chopped coriander/cilantro A handful of chopped garlic tops (garlic leaves) also known as Bagul in Bahrain 1 egg 250 grams of prawns or as much as you like 1 tsp salt (check the taste of the first kebab you fry & adjust accordingly) Half a tsp of Baking powder. 2 tsps of mixed spices (i used Bahraini spices; turmeric, cumin, dried black lemon, etc...) almost similar to Indian spices. A cup of water Half a pack of chickpea flour. Or until you get the consistency you saw in the videos I posted. Method: 1. Mix them all up and use a tbsp to scoop and add to the oil in the frying pan. 2. Remove them when golden brown.
